Solutions to common issues with app analytics.
I can't see analytics — I just see an upgrade prompt
Analytics requires a Plus or Pro subscription. If you're on a Basic or Starter plan, you'll see an upgrade prompt in the analytics panel instead of data. Upgrade your plan to unlock access.
My analytics panel says "Publish your app to show analytics"
Analytics only tracks live apps, not drafts. If your app hasn't been published yet, publish it first. Once it's live, tracking begins automatically and data will start appearing within the selected time window.
My app is live but the analytics are all zeros
A few things can cause this:
- You just published. Data appears as visits come in — there is nothing to show until real visitors land on your app.
- You recently upgraded your plan. Tracking only starts from your first live deployment on a qualifying plan. Visits that happened before upgrading are not counted retroactively.
- Your app was republished after upgrading. After upgrading to Plus or Pro, publish your app once more to make sure the tracking script is injected. The script is added during deployment — if the last deployment happened before your upgrade, it may not be present yet.
I'm not seeing data from more than 90 days ago
The analytics panel only shows data for the last 7, 30, or 90 days. There is no all-time view or custom date range — data older than 90 days is not accessible through this panel.
The country breakdown shows "Others" instead of all countries
The country list displays up to six countries individually. All remaining countries are grouped into a single "Others" row. There is no way to expand this list further within the current panel.
I expected to see page-level or referrer data
The current analytics panel shows aggregate visitor and session data, plus a country breakdown. Per-page breakdowns, referrer sources, browser types, and device data are not currently displayed, even though the underlying analytics platform supports them. This is a known limitation of the current implementation.
Something looks wrong with my analytics numbers
If you believe the data is inaccurate, contact support with your project name and a description of what you expected to see. Include the time range you were looking at.
