How you get support depends on your plan.
Paid plans — submitting a support request
If you are on a paid plan (Starter, Plus, or Pro), you can submit a support request directly to the Caffeine team in two ways:
- Inside Caffeine: click your profile avatar (top right) → Get help
- From the help center: go to help.caffeine.ai and click Submit a request
Include as much context as you can — your project name, what you were doing, and what happened. Screenshots can be attached directly in the form.
Free plan — community support on Discord
Support tickets are available on paid plans. If you are on the free plan, the best place to get help is the Caffeine community on Discord, where other creators and the Caffeine team are active.

Reporting a bug
Click your profile avatar (top right) → Share feedback.
To help the team understand the issue quickly, include:
- A description of what happened and what you expected instead
- Your project name and, if possible, your Project ID — click your project name in the chat header to find it
- Steps to reproduce the issue if you can
Billing and account issues
For billing questions, payment failures, or account access problems, use Profile avatar → Get help or visit help.caffeine.ai. Include your account email and any relevant transaction details.
Note: Caffeine does not offer refunds for subscriptions as per the Terms of Use. For payment errors or incorrect charges, the support team will investigate.
Frequently asked questions
What is the fastest way to get support?
On a paid plan, use Profile avatar → Get help or go to help.caffeine.ai → Submit a request. On the free plan, post in Discord — the community and team are active there.
Where do I find my Project ID?
Click your project name in the top of the chat panel. The Project ID is shown in the project information panel, or in the URL of your project's settings page.
Is there a status page for platform outages?
If you are experiencing issues that seem platform-wide rather than specific to your project, check the Discord server — the team posts status updates there during incidents.
